Hotel Reservations:

Hotel costs are not included in the registration fees.  To make reservations with the Delta Toronto Airport West Hotel, please call the Reservations Department at (905) 624-1144 or (800) 268-1133. Callers must identify themselves as being with the Christian Legal Fellowship group code FEI927 and call prior to September 7, 2006 in order to qualify for the group rate of $109.00 net single/double occupancy (plus applicable taxes).  Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $20.00 per night.  There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 16 years who share with their parents.  Rooms are available 3 days prior to and 3 days following the conference at the same economical price.

Conference Cancellation Policy:
A $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations received by Christian Legal Fellowship on or before September 7.  After that date, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Medieval Times Social Event (Friday evening):
An exhilarating combination of fun, feasting, & fighting – this is optional social event in downtown Toronto (www.medievaltimes.com) is available to our guests.  Tickets include transportation, full course dinner and live performance. Transportation is limited - first come, first served.  You must purchase separate tickets for this event as it is not included in the conference registration. CLF Peacemaking & Biblical Conflict Resolution Seminar:
In an era of increased litigation and interpersonal conflict, Christians have a Biblical duty to acquire and use conflict resolution and peacemaking skills.  This day of training will provide foundational and practical experience for implementing alternative dispute resolution skills.  Certified mediators and experienced lawyers will address such topics as: Basic Peacemaking Principles; When Is It OK To Sue?; Converting a Litigious Matter into an ADR Matter; Specific Conflict Resolution Techniques That Work; Avoiding Employment Disputes in Christian Charities; Negotiation, Mediation & Collaborative Law Techniques; and more.  If you need to be better equipped to fulfill your role as a "Minister of Reconciliation," this training is for you.  You must purchase separate tickets for this event as it is not included in the conference registration. Saturday Luncheon: 
The Saturday sessions end at approximately 12:40 pm for informal mentoring sessions, or sight-seeing & recreation, and resume at 6:30 pm with the Celebration Banquet. In previous years, members have enjoyed gathering informally for lunch on Saturday after the scheduled sessions. Law Student Sponsorship:
Students in need of financial assistance may click here for student sponsorship options. Last year, CLF donors generously sponsored law students to attend the conference. Sponsorships may provide for all or a portion of the Law Student conference registration of $150.00 and in limited cases, may also include travel, hotel and meal expenses (or a portion thereof).
