Hotel Reservations:
Hotel costs are not included in the registration fees. To make reservations with the Inn at Westminster Quay, please call Reservations at 1-800-663-2001 or (604) 520-1776. Callers must identify themselves as being with the Christian Legal Fellowship Conference and call prior to August 30, 2011 in order to qualify for the single/double occupancy rate of $119.00 for Quay Queen (one queen bed) or $139 net for Quay Twin (two double beds) or $129 net for Quay King (one king bed) plus applicable taxes. There is no additional charge for additional occupants in the room (including children). Rooms are available 3 days prior to and 3 days following the conference at the same economical price.

Conference Cancellation Policy:
A $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations received by Christian Legal Fellowship on or before September 1. After that date but before September 11, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. After September 11 a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. After September 22, we regret we cannot refund your registration.
