Hotel Reservations:

Hotel costs are not included in the registration fees.  To make reservations with the Delta Bow Valley Hotel, please call the Reservations Department at (403) 266-1980 or (800) 268-1133. Callers must identify themselves as being with the Christian Legal Fellowship group code GJFCLF and call prior to September 5, 2006 in order to qualify for the group rate of $109.00 net single/double occupancy (plus applicable taxes).  Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $15.00 per night.  There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents.  Maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.  A limited number of rooms are available prior to and following the conference at the same economical price.

****One-Day CLIA Academy - CLIA will provide detailed substantive and tactical training to practicing lawyers and upper year law students who seek to make a difference in Canadian society by advocating on behalf of truth and life. The day will help participants to proactively prepare for, and provide quality legal representation in important constitutional and human rights cases relating to issues of religious freedom. Attendance at the event (including scheduled meals) will be complimentary to CLIA Alumni. Those attending the CLF Conference may also participate in all or a portion of the CLIA Academy. Sponsorships to attend may be available. All applicants must also complete CLIA Application Form. Saturday Luncheon:

The Saturday sessions end at 1:00 pm for sight-seeing & recreation and resume at 6:30 pm with the Celebration Banquet. In previous years, members have enjoyed gathering informally for lunch on Saturday after the scheduled sessions. If you would like to join the following groups for lunch, please indicate through e-mail (helen_clf@roger.com) (arrangements will be made on location - cost not included in registration fee):

□ Students Luncheon with hosts Cal & Jan Beresh;

□ Couples Luncheon with hosts Colleen & Greg Sumner; or

□ I would like to join a group luncheon other than the above.

Conference Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations received by Christian Legal Fellowship on or before September 5.  After that date, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Rafter's Six Ranch Social Event - Friday, September 29th

Rafters Six Ranch – Fun-time Rodeo & Steak Dinner - Friday September 29th:  A fun-filled, optional event at the Rafter’s Six Ranch in the Rockie foothills (www.raftersix.com) is available to our guests.  Tickets include transportation, full course steak dinner and fun-tyme rodeo.  Transportation is limited - first come, first served.  You must purchase separate tickets for this event as it is not included in the conference registration.

Law Student Sponsorship:

Students in need of financial assistance may click here for student sponsorship options.

Last year, CLF donors generously sponsored law students to attend the conference. Sponsorships may provide for all or a portion of the Law Student conference registration of $150.00 and in limited cases, may also include travel, hotel and meal expenses (or a portion thereof).
