Due to my past experience I was able to join the litigation section of the firm and represented clients in Personal Injury Claims and some commercial cases. I appeared in Provincial Courts, did one unopposed chambers application in Supreme Court and submitted a written appeal to the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. Additionally, I drafted pleadings and conducted all correspondence in files allocated to me. I also prepared legal opinions for the senior partners of the firm related to solicitors' practice and civil litigation files.

Name: Tracy Austin

Resume: Tracy Austin obtained her BCL and LL.B. degrees from McGill University.  She completed the LSUC Bar Admission Course in 2005 and is in search of an articling position preferably in the GTA or the Golden Horseshoe.  She currently works as a Job Accommodation Specialist with the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work.
